Brighton & Hove Albion have included Odeluga Offiah, a 2019 Golden Eaglets invitee, in their pre season squad traveling to Japan. The Seagulls, under new manager Fabian Hürzeler, will play two matches against Japanese clubs Kashima Antlers and Tokyo Verdy at the National Stadium as part of their preparation for the upcoming season.
Offiah, who joined Brighton from Bromley in 2017, progressed through the academy and made his first team debut in 2021. Last season, he was loaned to Scottish club Heart of Midlothian, but his stint was cut short due to medical issues, leading to his return to Brighton.
