Enyimba have received a boost ahead of Sunday’s NPFL home game with Plateau United, as defender Joel Ezra and goalkeeper Utum Godswill are back in training and available for selection. The game is at the Enyimba International Stadium in Aba on October 4, with kick-off at 4pm.
Ezra had been out for some time because of illness. The versatile defender made 27 appearances for the People’s Elephant last season.
Godswill has recovered from an injury that kept him out for three weeks and is training again. New bettors tracking the game can read the Bet9ja promotion code explained.
Enyimba’s Season So Far
Emmanuel Deutsch’s side beat Shooting Stars 4-2 at home in midweek, which gave them their first league win of the season. Before that, they had one point from five games, with four defeats and a goalless draw at Kano Pillars.
Even with the win, Enyimba are 19th on four points from six games. A result against Plateau would help them move away from the bottom places.
Plateau United Arrive
