Nigerian striker Victor Olatunji has completed a season-long loan move to Belgian club SK Beveren from Major League Soccer side Real Salt Lake.
The 27-year-old brings considerable European experience to Beveren, having previously featured for clubs in Slovakia, Austria and Cyprus. Across his career, Olatunji has scored 47 goals in 220 appearances.

SK Beveren sporting general manager Bob Peeters welcomed the signing, telling the club’s official website that Olatunji brings a combination of physical strength, speed and explosiveness the club wanted to add to its attack. He praised Olatunji’s movement in behind opposition defences and his work rate without the ball, describing him as a warm personality who arrives with a clear sense of purpose. Peeters said the squad is now complete, and that the coaching staff have the tools they need to meet the club’s objectives this season.
