Flying Eagles midfielder Daniel Daga has signed a new long term contract with Norwegian club Molde FK.

The new deal will keep the 19 year old at the club until the summer of 2031, a strong show of faith from Molde in a player who has continued to make steady progress since joining in 2025.

“The Club Has A Big Place In My Heart”

Speaking to Molde’s official website after putting pen to paper at the Aker Stadion, Daga said he felt incredibly comfortable at the club and was proud to continue fighting for the shirt alongside what he described as a fantastic group of players. He thanked the club, staff and supporters, and said he saw plenty of exciting developments at Molde that he wanted to be part of as he continues his development.

A Show Of Faith From The Club

Molde sports director Ole Jakob Strandhagen said Daga’s willingness to learn and purposeful daily approach marked him out as a player with real potential, adding that the long term agreement reflected the mutual belief both player and club have in the sporting collaboration and the path ahead.

A Solid First Season In Norway

Daga has registered five goals and one assist in 22 appearances across all competitions for Molde since his move in 2025, a productive start that has clearly convinced the club to commit to his long term development.
