Super Eagles Defender Tanimu Returns to Tanzanian Club Singida Black Stars

Super Eagles defender Benjamin Tanimu has completed a return to Tanzanian Premier League club Singida Black Stars, signing a two year contract for an undisclosed fee.
Tanimu previously featured for Singida Black Stars after joining the club from NPFL side Bendel Insurance in February 2024. The 23 year old went on to secure a move to English League One outfit Crawley Town on a two-year deal in September 2024, before switching to Moroccan side Maghreb Fes for an undisclosed fee in July 2025.
The centre-back will now begin a second spell with Singida Black Stars and is expected to link up with his new teammates at their pre-season training camp in Rwanda as preparations intensify for the 2026/27 campaign.
He has earned three caps for the Super Eagles since making his international debut.
