Super Eagles defender Calvin Bassey helped model Fulham’s new adidas away kit for the 2026/27 season, joining fellow first team stars Ryan Sessegnon, Rodrigo Muniz and Tom Cairney for Monday’s launch.
The new strip reimagines one of Fulham’s most memorable jerseys, bringing back the black and red chequerboard design worn by the club in the mid 1990s, complete with the adidas Originals Trefoil logo. The design also revives the club’s heritage “FFC” crest, which last appeared on Fulham kits in the 1970s during the era of their run to the 1975 FA Cup final.
A Kit Rooted In Fulham’s History
To mark the launch, Fulham produced a campaign film narrated by actor and lifelong Fulham fan Keith Allen, built around the club’s chequerboard heritage and the culture of its travelling supporters. Alongside Bassey, the film also features Tom Cairney, Stella Gandee Morgan, Olivia Dale, Ryan Sessegnon, Anna Grey and Rodrigo Muniz.
