Trabzonspor Ready to Sell Onuachu If Price Is Right — Kafkas

Trabzonspor vice-president Zeyyat Kafkas has confirmed the club is open to selling Paul Onuachu this summer if a sufficiently large offer arrives, following an outstanding campaign from the Nigerian striker last season.
Onuachu finished as joint top scorer in the Turkish Super Lig last term, sharing the honour with Istanbul Basaksehir’s Eldor Shomurodov, form that has fuelled persistent transfer speculation around his future.
Speaking at a press conference, Kafkas confirmed the club had already received two offers from within Turkey and one from Saudi Arabia, telling reporters, “there are offers for Onuachu.” He explained that while Onuachu remains part of the club’s core squad and Trabzonspor have no wish to disrupt that, a large enough offer could change the calculation. He added that no player at the club is considered completely unsellable, but stressed Trabzonspor want to preserve the playing style and squad identity that served them well last season.
Onuachu joined Trabzonspor permanently last summer after moving from Championship club Southampton, having previously spent the 2023/24 season on loan at the club, where he scored 15 goals in 21 league appearances.
