The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has officially confirmed that the Super Eagles will participate in a Four-Nation Invitational Tournament in Amman, Jordan, during the upcoming FIFA international window in March 2026.
Nigeria, three time African champions and bronze medallists at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, will face strong international opposition, including Iran, Jordan and Costa Rica, in the preparatory event aimed at building competitive momentum ahead of future fixtures.
The tournament will kick off with the Super Eagles’ match against Iran at the Amman International Stadium on 27 March 2026, before Nigeria take on hosts Jordan on 31 March at the same venue. Exact kick-off times are yet to be confirmed by the organisers.
