Ogun State’s champions, Remo Stars, have announced that they will play their home games at the MKO Abiola Sports Arena in Abeokuta for the 2025/26 NPFL season. This decision comes as their Ikenne home ground undergoes refurbishment.
On their official Facebook page, the Sky Blue Stars noted: “Due to ongoing renovations at our stadium in Ikenne, the club can confirm a temporary home ground MKO Abiola Sports Arena, Kuto, Abeokuta.” They added a rallying cry “Come through, make some noise, and let’s turn Abeokuta into a fortress together! A return home is however imminent.”
