Bundesliga side Werder Bremen have secured Nigerian striker Victor Boniface on a season-long loan from Bayer Leverkusen with no purchase option included setting the stage for a fresh challenge in the 2025–26 campaign. Werder will shoulder a portion of his salary during the loan spell, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
Boniface expressed enthusiasm about his new chapter “The discussions with those in charge convinced me to make the move to Werder Bremen.
