Bendel Insurance Bring in Kennedy Boboye as New Technical Adviser

Bendel Insurance have announced the appointment of Kennedy Boboye as their new Technical Adviser amid a turbulent start to the NPFL season. He takes over from Greg Ikhenoba, who was suspended two weeks ago following a string of poor results.

Boboye, 51, has signed a two-year contract and will assume full responsibility for the club’s technical department with immediate effect. His selection was based on an internal evaluation; Bendel Insurance’s management cited Boboye’s proven track record, impressive credentials, and extensive experience in the NPFL as justifications.

The Delta-born tactician is expected to be officially unveiled in Benin City on Tuesday. Bendel Insurance arrive at this decision after a 1-0 defeat to Ikorodu City in Matchday Eight at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos.
